Deciding to begin therapy can feel empowering and that you are starting the process of creating the difference you are seeking in your life. Some clients begin therapy with a clear idea of the changes they want to make while others know they want a difference in their lives but are less clear on exactly what that needs to be. Feeling that you've exhausted past solutions can feel daunting and hopeless. Struggling with depression, anxiety, life transitions, or challenging relationships is normal yet difficult and emotionally taxing. Therapy can create perspective and the tools for the positive changes you want.
I work with individuals, couples, and families with a variety of presenting concerns. I have experience working with couples in non-monogamous relationships, working with the LGBTQ+ community, life transitions, career transitions, anxiety and depression, insomnia and sleep issues, chronic illness, infertility and adoption, couples therapy, infidelity, and mens issues. I have experience working with individuals and families struggling with addiction issues and with clients who are in or moving towards recovery.
